The Basic 3 Day Technical Canyoneering course has been the premier all-inclusive beginners course for over a decade. It is designed to give you the skills you need to pursue your canyoneering adventures on your own and take your slot canyon explorations to the next level.
The course includes the techniques and skills taught in the American Canyoneering Academy’s Canyon Rescue Course guidelines. As members of the local county SAR team and team leaders for their ropes team, the instructors at North Wash Outfitters take the concept of safety in canyons as a serious topic, even more so, you should be able to help you and your partners out if anything does go wrong. This course will give you the confidence to do so.
The Advanced Canyoneering course is designed to give intermediate canyoneers the skills and techniques necessary to prepare you to travel through canyons rated through 4C in the canyon rating system.
This free Canyon Intro Course will take place at the 2020 Arizona Canyon Rendezvous held at Grapevine Group Site, Roosevelt Lake, Hwy 188, Globe, AZ, led by Arizona Rock & Canyon Adventures
